The Ashland Kroc Center to host second annual ‘It’s a Wonderful Kroc Christmas' event

Fundraiser to include an unforgettable day of holiday fun, craft show, visits with Santa and more!

The Salvation Army Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center in Ashland invites you to join us for an unforgettable day of festivities at the second annual “It’s A Wonderful Kroc Christmas” on Saturday, December 14 from 3 to 6 p.m. at The Salvation Army Ashland Kroc Center, 527 E. Liberty Street, Ashland.

This year’s Christmas extravaganza will feature a variety of indoor and outdoor activities for families to enjoy, including:

  • Christmas Train Rides
  • Ride-on Rudolph (like a mechanical bull)
  • Photos with Santa & Mrs. Claus (Portrait packages will be available for purchase from Maurer Photography)
  • Meet and greet with Santa’s Reindeer
  • Kid’s Holiday Craft
  • Bounce Houses
  • Alpine Inflatable Slide
  • Craft Show (10 a.m. – 6 p.m.)

Activities will be available on a ticket basis, or attendees may purchase an all-access pass for $30.

In addition to the fun-filled activities for the kids, the adults will have an opportunity to discover unique, handmade goods and support local artisans at the Craft Show portion of the event. From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in The Kroc Center Gymnasium, attendees will be in the perfect spot to find unique gifts and special holiday touches for their homes.

A sample of craft vendors includes:

  • Dandylion Farms - handcrafted natural products
  • KMK Konfection - sugar waffles, donuts, caramel apples, and crafts
  • Cozi Candles - candles, wax melts, car air fresheners
  • Our Hidden Creeks – hand-layered paper shadow boxes
  • Love Nature - small batch natural skin care
  • Whispers of Elders is lotion, lotion bars, lip balm, salves, deodorant
  • Crafts D & G - custom woodwork
  • Bruce Squires – hand-drawn and painted military signs
