Coming Soon! A brand-new digital Kroc experience.

The new software system and online registration website will officially go live on Tuesday, May 6! Here’s a schedule of how the transition will look over the next couple of weeks. There will be some actions that you will need to take once the new site launches.

Timeline of Events

Monday, April 28 – Monday, May 5: Software Transition Week

The process of transferring data from the old to the new system takes place this week.
Because of this, we will be unable to process the following transactions during this week:

  • Membership purchases
  • No program sales
  • Membership changes/cancellations

Tuesday, May 6: New Software Launches!
Actions you can take starting on May 6:

  • Create an online account on the brand-new Kroc Community online registration website.
  • Download the Kroc Connect app and connect it to your membership account to register for land and aquatic group exercise classes.
  • The links to the Kroc Community online and Kroc Connect app will be shared via email and on this webpage starting on May 6.

Sunday, June 1: New Auto-Pay Date
Memberships auto-payment will run on April 20 for the month of May and then again on June 1 for the month of June. Auto-pays will then continue to occur on the first of the month moving forward. 

There will soon be a new way to purchase classes and manage your memberships online!

Kroc Community Website:

Update your membership account information and make changes to your billing account online as needed, without having to visit The Kroc Center in-person.
New search functionality will make it easier than ever to search for and find classes and activities that are a perfect fit for you and your family.

Brand New Kroc Center App:

Scan into The Kroc Center with your digital membership card.
Reserve group exercise classes and view your upcoming class schedule.
Receive automated messages and notifications about upcoming classes, facility closures, and more. You control what you're notified about!
