Meet the Majors!
Majors Annalise and Billy Francis
Administrators/Corps Officers
Longtime Salvationists, Majors Billy and Annalise have been in Ashland since the summer of 2018 after having served together at Long Beach Citadel and the College for Officer Training in California and previously in Times Square and New York Temple in New York City. The Francis family includes three children, Callie, Savanna, and Liam.
