The Kroc team is working behind the scenes to prep new membership software and a new online customer platform.

Here’s a sneak peek of some of the features:
• Update your membership and billing information online
• New and improved search functionality
• Use the Kroc Connect App to scan into The Kroc Center, reserve group exercise classes, view your schedule, and more!

As a part of this software transition, each Kroc Center member will need to create a brand new online account. Be on the lookout for additional information in November about how to register for your new online Kroc Community account.

Timeline of Events

The new software system and online registration website will officially go live on Wednesday, May 28! Here’s a schedule of how the transition will look over the next couple of weeks. There will be some actions that you will need to take once the new site launches.

Monday, September 1–Friday, September 5: Software Transition Week
The process of transferring data from the old to the new system takes place this week! Because of this, we will be unable to process the following transactions during this week:
• Membership purchases
• Membership changes/cancellations 

Tuesday, September 9: New Software Launches!
Actions you can take starting on September 9:
• Create an online account on the brand-new Kroc Community online registration website.
• Download the Kroc Connect app and connect it to your membership account to register for land and aquatic group exercise classes.
• The links to the Kroc Community online and Kroc Connect app will be shared via email, on our social media channels, and on this webpage starting on September 9.
