  • The Salvation Army Employee Health Plan offers wellness coverage at 100% in-network, Single or Family medical coverage including prescription drug coverage with optional Dental, Vision, and Hearing benefits all at low employee cost.
  • Basic and voluntary term life insurance, short term disability coverage, optional long term disability coverage, supplemental insurance coverage options, employer-funded pension plan, educational assistance.
  • Paid Time-Off benefits include paid holidays, vacation, sick, and personal days.
  • Part-time employees who work at least 20 hours per week are eligible for the voluntary term life insurance, short term disability coverage, supplemental insurance coverage options, employer-funded pension plan, and some paid absence time.
