Smiles Make the Greatest Gifts

Providing physical needs such as grocery, utility and gift assistance,
to emotional experiences including holiday events and traditions.

Every year, parents must choose between giving their children gifts or paying bills. Individuals facing poverty often spend the holidays without the warmth of a shared meal or even a support system.

The holidays bring added financial and emotional stress to families and individuals living in poverty. From gifts for children in need to special meals for those who would otherwise go without fellowship on the holidays and meeting other basic needs - we aim to bring joy back into the season.

Christmas Assistance

Applications will be taken by appointment only the week of 10/26/2020 thru 10/30/2020.

Call 607-962-4681 x 101 to schedule your appointment time.

Parents and/or legal guardians may apply for food for each family and gifts for newborn thru 10 years old.

Must provide the following:

  • Photo ID for applicant
  • Proof of Address
  • Proof of all household income
  • Birth Certificate and Verification that the children live in the home of the applicant
  • Come prepared with 2 toy suggestions and clothing size for each child newborn to 10 years old
