Strack & Van Til Checkout Challenge
The Salvation Army of Northwest Indiana is proud to announce its participation in the Strack & Van Til Checkout Challenge, taking place from July 22 to August 4, 2024. This initiative aims to raise crucial funds to support the local community and continue providing essential services to those in need.
During this two-week period, shoppers at all Strack & Van Til locations in Northwest Indiana will have the opportunity to round up their purchases to the nearest dollar at checkout. The extra change collected will be donated directly to The Salvation Army of Northwest Indiana, supporting programs that provide food, shelter, emergency assistance, and other vital services to individuals and families in the region.

Funds raised from the Checkout Challenge will be utilized to support various programs, including food pantries, rent and utility assistance, disaster relief efforts, and youth programs.
