Then, please contact your company’s Human Resources department to confirm if your employer matches gifts to The Salvation Army. This is an easy and effective way to double or even triple your contribution to The Salvation Army.

With a DAF, you can make gifts to charity during your lifetime, and when you pass away, your children can carry on your legacy of giving.
A donor advised fund has several advantages when compared to a private foundation. The start-up time and cost are minimal for DAFs, and gifts to DAFs are generally deductible at fair market value. A DAF is also not subject to the distribution requirements and certain excise taxes faced by private foundations.
One way that you can contribute to our mission is by joining a giving circle. Within a circle, you and a group of other donors pool your gifts together toward a program that you are passionate about. If you would like to join a circle please contact our Major Gifts Department at (908) 851-8379.
