1.8 Million Meals provided by Salvation Army NJ as part of its COVID-19 response

From NJ Spotlight: COVID-19 exacerbated a number of problems across the Garden State, one of the most pressing — feeding our vulnerable citizens. As part of its response to the pandemic, the Salvation Army New Jersey Division provided 1,834,670 meals between March 17 and May 15, both hot and bagged-to-go.
