We are a small hometown corps in the community. The community is one that will give generously to the Salvation Army. When they know of the need they are more than willing to give. We are in a community that is more than willing to come out and help each other. During the time of Kettle season, our kettle campaign is done completely by volunteers in the community, we do not pay anyone to stand kettles for us. We are a corps that tries to remain active in the community by going out and getting involved in community events. For the Salvation to be in Huntingdon County is truly a blessing.
