An alternative to the criminal justice system for survivors

PAD is a Pre-Arrest Diversion model, which involves a unique collaboration between Law Enforcement, Social Service Providers, and Local Government aiming to reduce recidivism by providing social services to individuals committing the crime of prostitution, victims of Human trafficking, and victims of Domestic violence.

  • Comprehensive Case Management/Peer Services
  • Job interview prep, employment service
  • Housing assessment and connection to shelter
  • Food stamp, SSI applications
  • SS cards/birth certificate assistance
  • Referral to detox, inpatient, outpatient services.
  • Assistance with MH services
  • Transitional and Rapid Rehousing for survivors

 Community Engagement

  • Shower services at drop-in center for sex workers/DV victims and Social referral
  • Outreach to sex workers, Homeless Women, DV Victims and human trafficking victim
  • Hygiene Kits, food, clothes
  • 24/7 Hotline for trafficking survivors
  • Trainings on working with Human trafficking victims and Sex workers
  • Outreach response to Community wellness calls (Homeless encampments, areas of known sex work etc.)
  • Tabling community events
