Who we Are

At The Salvation Army in Lock Haven, we offer a variety of services and programs to assist the community. We serve with emergency food solutions, family services, enrichment classes for children, and also serve as a place of worship every Sunday morning. Our doors are open to all.

Our Leaders

Kendall Stout

Lieutenant Kendall Stout, a native of Berwick, Pennsylvania, is currently stationed as the Corps Officer in Lock Haven, PA. Previously, Lt. Kendall served as the Assistant in York, PA, and before that in Levittown, PA for three years where she oversaw youth activities, community engagement, and administration. In her current appointment she is looking forward to walking out the mission of the Salvation Army--loving and serving all in His name without discrimination. Lt. Kendall is passionate about community engagement and reaching out to the underserved and at-risk populations in Clinton County. She enjoys traveling with friends, sports and outdoor activities. She is a graduate of the College for Officers Training is Suffern, NY and is currently continuing her studies online at Asbury University in Wilmore, Kentucky to obtain a bachelor’s degree in non-profit business management.
