Local Leadership

Captains Hector Cid-Ciriaco and Melissa Lopez

Captains Hector Cid-Ciriaco and Melissa Lopez were appointed as Corps Officers of The Salvation Army Philadelphia Citadel in July 2026. Together, they bring more than 20 years of experience serving in local church ministry and community outreach. They are passionate about sharing the love of God through worship, compassionate service, and programs that strengthen children, families, and older adults. As leaders of Philadelphia Citadel International, they are committed to building a welcoming and multicultural congregation where people from every background can belong, grow in faith, and serve their community.
