The Griffiths Salvation Army Scholarship!
The Griffiths Salvation Army York Scholarship was created by Rees Griffiths, a retired lawyer, and Sue Griffiths, a retired York Suburban teacher, and long-time supporters of The Salvation Army York in 2022. The purpose of the scholarship is to impact the lives of youth. The scholarship is an opportunity to help deserving students who wish to continue their post-secondary education. Award recipients are chosen at the discretion of a scholarship committee created by The Salvation Army York.
This year, Keaoni Bair, a senior at York Suburban was recently awarded the scholarship. She will be attending Millersville University. We are excited to see the bright smiles she’ll bring and the hearts she will impact.
