Welcome to Elizabeth Temple! We are a Salvation Army church and community center committed to "Growing Together." We are sincere people who seek to live out that goal by saving souls, strengthening saints, and serving suffering humanity in Bayway, Elizabeth, Linden, Roselle Park, and Union. | Emergency Shelter | For men and women; open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call (908)-352-7057. |
| Soup Kitchen | Lunch served 12-2 PM, Monday thru Friday during the last two weeks of each month. Volunteers appreciated. |
| Food Pantry | Help with groceries by appointment. Volunteers appreciated. |
| Referrals and Advocacy | Will be made on a client's behalf in an effort to procure services that The Salvation Army does not provide. |
| Emergency Furniture Vouchers | When possible, vouchers to The Salvation Army Thrift Store will be provided for the purchase of quality pre-owned furniture such as beds, dressers, and sofas. |
