The Learning Zone

Providing meaningful opportunities for learning to result in academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth.

Located near Downtown Akron, The Learning Zone provides meaningful and affordable opportunities for academic enrichment. While we place a special emphasis on activities that help with learning, we focus on character-building and life-skill development for children. These experiences enhance the student's capabilities and self-esteem. Enrollment is open year-round.

Summit County Learning Zone

Preschool & Childcare
Ages 18months to Pre-K

Hours 6:30am to 6pm
Kindergarten preparation
Ohio Publicly Funded Childcare (Title 20)
Meals & snacks included

Summer Day Camp
Children who have completed kindergarten through age 12
Hours 8:00 am-6:00 pm
Field trips, academic enrichment, social and emotional development
Meals & Snacks included

After School
Transportation Provided from some local APS
Ages Kindergarten through 12
Hours 3-6pm
