The Camp CONNRI Lodge

Celebrations:

Our beautiful post and beam Dining Room awaits you and your guests to celebrate special and memorable occasions such as Gender Reveals, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Wedding Receptions, Birthday & Retirement Parties, Baptismal Receptions and Celebration of Life. An Atrium is also a part of the dining room with lush plants and a view of Happy Acres Pond.

Let our staff serve you with delicious food from the Chef’s kitchen. The menu can be planned according to your liking or occasion.

Other relaxing areas available are the Lakeside Pavilion, which has a horseshoe pit and a fishing dock. A Pontoon Boat is available for the Lodge’s back deck and lawn which also has a beautiful Gazebo and fire pit surrounded by chairs, benches and a shuffleboard court.

The Stark Pavilion comes loaded with its own stage and sound system to accompany any type of group. Chairs are available upon request. The Camp Dining Hall is the largest with high-ceilings, hardwood floors with a large back deck. Enjoy the serene and relaxing view Happy Acres Pond. This is a seasonal rental.

Overnight Trips:

Are you looking for a Formal or Cabin style place to house your guests? Camp CONNRI offers both!

The Lodge has thirty hotel rooms, with two twin beds and a private bath. All offer scenic views of the forest or Happy Acres Pond.

There are 12 cabins available with bunks and 2 single beds. Just bring your own bedding and pillow to cover the comfy mattresses and you're good to go!

The Lodge Gift Shop

The gift shop offers everything from camp t-shirts, sweatshirts, fleece blankets, to locally made Maple Syrup, candles, pillows and much more!

There are also handmade or hand-crafted items from the “Others” program, which is a Salvation Army initiative program that promotes HOPE. Women and men who are connected through the Salvation Army community development programs and social work create either handmade or handcrafted products. Currently products are made in Bangladesh, Kenya and Moldova.

Home décor items such as Christmas ornaments, steel beaded animals, tablecloths, pillowcases and other household goods include shoe bags, kitchen towels, duffle bags and much more!

And SO affordable for beautiful handmade products!

Are you looking for a place to hold your next event? Choose the CONNRI Lodge and Conference Center.

The Salvation Army’s CONNRI Lodge and Conference Center would like to invite you to use our facilities for your next event!

We are located on a beautiful 52-acre private lake surround by a 272-acre woodland site on Route 74 in Ashford, conveniently located between I-84 and Route 44. CONNRI Lodge is a full-service conference center and year-round facility. No matter what season you choose to have your group’s event, there are a variety of activities for both the fun and practical needs of your group!

CONNRI Lodge can accommodate 60 overnight guests (30 twin-bed rooms with private bath). There are multiple meeting/conference rooms that can be used for small or large group sessions. Our facility is equipped with an elevator and two handicap accessible rooms to ensure that we are fully user-friendly! Our dining room and kitchen staff will provide delectable meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, with salad bar and snack time, if requested. We can also accommodate for larger groups that wish to use other facilities on the camp grounds such as our cabins, dining hall and the Stark Pavilion for group meetings.

Recreational activities are also available to meet your needs – from shuffleboard to baseball, hiking, boating, fishing, and of course, a campfire site – all are found at Camp CONNRI.
