The Salvation Army located in Meadville, PA is here to help. We serve individuals in need in our community by providing essential services such as utility, rent, clothing, furniture, and food assistance. We are dedicated to serving in Christ's name in the Meadville area.


Services

Food, Rent Assistance (Eviction Notice Required), Utility Assistance (Shut-off Notice Required), Clothing Vouchers, Temporary 1-2 Night Housing, Pathway of Hope, Various Seasonal Assistance: Christmas Toys, Backpacks, School Supplies, Winter Wear, etc)

Our Leadership

Salvation Army Programs are led by Salvation Army Officers. These officers are responsible to lead by assessing needs, delivering programs and directing ministries for our local community. From serving food to balancing the books, they function as the Executive Directors and the Pastors for the Seed Content Setup.

Holiday Assistance Signups (Thanksgiving Vouchers, Christmas Toys, Project Bundle-Up, and Sheetz Christmas) 

  • October 5-9, 2020
    • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday- 9am-12 noon
    • Friday- 4pm-6pm
  • Christmas signups for children ages 0-14
  • Required documents
    • Current ID
    • A piece of mail with your current address (Must be a Meadville, Guys Mills, or Richmond Township address)
    • Proof of all children you are signing up for Christmas assistance (Birth certificate, SS card, insurance card, or lease)
  • Late Signups will be placed on a waiting list.
