The Salvation Army provides spiritual services to anyone God brings across our path

At its heart, The Salvation Army is a church. This foundation is what motivates us to do the work that we do.

We love God and serve others because of His love for all. That’s where our mission comes from – to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet needs in His name without discrimination. We want to introduce the love of God into the lives of those most in need, as we care for them physically, emotionally and spiritually. We do this by offering free prayer, Bible-based ministries for all ages, and Sunday worship.

Worship and Programs

The Salvation Army in Carlisle is a church to the local community, as well as place anyone in need can receive help with a wide range of social services.

Sunday Services

Whether church is already part of your life or you are experiencing faith for the first time, you are always welcome. Join us Sunday mornings for Sunday School at 10:30 AM and Worship Service at 11:00 AM.

Nursery care is provided for the children of parents who attend our services. Transportation is provided on an as-available basis. Please call by Friday if interested in attending and need a ride.

Weekday Ministries

We know Sundays don’t always work, so we want to make sure you have a chance to connect with other believers when you can.

Weekly Adult Bible Study meets on Tuesday evenings at 6:00 PM, providing an opportunity to study the Word of God.
