Too Many Feel the Pain of Hunger

Everyday, The Salvation Army helps alleviate hunger by providing nutritious meals to those in need.

Donate Now

According to the USDA, more than 38 million people in the United States are food insecure. The pandemic has increased food insecurity among families with children, with nearly 12 million children facing hunger.

Emergency Food Pantries, Soup Kitchens, and other feeding initiatives are offered through our Corps Community Centers to help those facing food insecurity for themselves and their families.

Our local programs, which aim to address and end food insecurity, are listed below.

Meal Program

Our community meal program serves breakfast and lunch every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Breakfast is held from 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM, and lunch is held from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM. We offer a free meal to all who would like to attend.
