Our Leaders
Lieutenants Kirsten and Jared Starnes
With 23 combined years of service to the Salvation Army, the Starnes are a loving couple with a focus on family and kids. Appointed to Milton directly from The Salvation Army Training school in 2019, they enjoy helping those in need and giving back to their community. When they came to Milton, they embraced the small-town life and focused on growing our local programs and enhance their effectiveness within our community.
