According to the USDA, more than 38 million people in the United States are food insecure. The pandemic has increased food insecurity among families with children, with nearly 12 million children facing hunger.

Emergency Food Pantries, Soup Kitchens, and other feeding initiatives are offered through our Corps Community Centers to help those facing food insecurity for themselves and their families.

Our local programs, which aim to address and end food insecurity, are listed below.

Food for the Body & Soul Café

This community meal program serves lunch every Friday at 12:00 PM. We offer a free meal to all who would like to attend.

Emergency Food Pantry

No one should ever go a day without a meal or feel ashamed about asking for help accessing food. That’s why we provide hot meals and free groceries year-round to anyone who needs them.
