Summer Camp - 2024

Better known as our Summer Adventure Program,
we offer affordable and enriching experiences for
local kids in need.

2024 Registration is now open!

Our 5-week Summer Adventure Program is an extension of The Salvation Army's mission. The experience has provided life-long, happy memories for hundreds of Rochester's youth. Campers enjoy field trips, indoor and outdoor play, enriching experiences and visiting guests who teach, share and inspire our campers. We aim to offer as many adventures as possible! 

  • Children ages 6 -12 are encouraged to attend daily for all 5 weeks of the program. 
  • Camp runs Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 3:00pm. 
  • 2024 program dates are July 1st - August 2nd. There is no camp on July 4th or 5th. 
  • Daily drop off (9am) and pick up (3pm) is at 100 West Ave Rochester NY 14611. 
  • Lunch and snack is provided, but children are welcome to bring their own from home.
  • The Summer Adventure Program cost is $200 for all 5 weeks. Financial assistance is available.

Please complete the following forms to register your child:

2024 Application ID Sheet, Medical Form, Payment Agreement Form and Photo Consent FormPaper copies are available at 100 West Ave Rochester, NY 14611.

To print this form:

  3. If the gray toolbar does not appear, click the blue "download" button in the right, top corner of the screen.
  4. a download box should appear in the lower, left-hand corner of your screen.
  5. Left click on the download to open.
  6. Right click on the document and choose "print" 
  7. Click the blue "print" button

All pages of this form must be printed, completed and submitted for your child(ren) to be registered for our summer program.

Completed paperwork must be submitted in-person at 100 West Ave Rochester, NY 14611. Mailed in paperwork may not be received.

Additional information needed for camp enrollment: Parent/Guardian ID, Child medical card, and proof of physical (within 1 year of July 1, 2024 ).

$300 sends one child to camp for the whole Summer!

Help make a local kid's dream of camp a reality through our "Adopt-A-Camper" program.
