The Painesville Citadel Corps is commanded by Majors John and Alma Riley, and Major Narcisa Mino, who are assisted by a skilled team of mission-minded Employees, and a volunteer Advisory Board, comprised of prominent business, professional and civic leaders. Today, we have committed ourselves to the original mission of The Salvation Army.
