The Salvation Army provides spiritual services to anyone God brings across our path.

At its heart, The Salvation Army is a church. This foundation is what motivates us to do the work that we do.

We love God and serve others because of His love for all. That’s where our mission comes from – to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet needs in His name without discrimination. We want to introduce the love of God into the lives of those most in need, as we care for them physically, emotionally and spiritually. We do this by offering free prayer, Bible-based ministries for all ages, and Sunday worship.

Worship and Programs

The Salvation Army in Bethlehem is a church to the local community, as well as place anyone in need can receive help with a wide range of social services.

Sunday Worship

Whether church is already part of your life or you are experiencing faith for the first time, you are always welcome. Our weekly service takes place every
Sunday at 10:30 AM.

We also offer Sunday School for both children and adults, Sunday at 12:15 PM.

Women's Ministry

The Women’s Ministry group meets
every Wednesday at 1:00 PM. Women ages 16 and up are invited to experience an afternoon of fellowship and fun, always with a devotional focus. Some highlights of this program include craft projects, guest speakers, and field trips in the summer.

Soup and the Word

Soup and the Word is a Bible Study
that meets every Wednesday at 11:30 AM for those who are interested in growing spiritually. After studying the Bible, participants are invited to enjoy a light lunch together. There is no cost for the Bible Study or the lunch.
