Every day The Salvation Army helps cure hunger by providing nutritious meals to neighbors in need.

The Salvation Army’s approach to feeding hungry people is based on the local needs of each community we serve.

We feed hundreds daily, including the most vulnerable of our communities.

Our Salvation Army food pantry provides groceries for families and individuals in need. Food is free, but we encourage you to call our Salvation Army office to make an appointment.

Our Salvation Army Corps Community Center has a food pantry on-site to help meet emergency needs. Typical pantry items include canned goods and other non-perishable items. For more information, please call The Salvation Army Philadelphia Citadel at (215) 722-5447.
