Too people feel the pain of hunger

Every day The Salvation Army helps cure hunger by providing nutritious meals to neighbors in need.

The Salvation Army’s approach to feeding the hungry is formed based on the local needs of each community we serve.

Those in need across Alliance, Ohio can get nutritious, hot meals or groceries.
We feed hundreds daily, including the most vulnerable of our community.
Salvation Army food pantries provide groceries for families and individuals in need.

Food Stamp Application Help

We help anyone interested in the Federal Food Support Program get a jump start with a pre-screening. Once we determine eligibility, we offer help filing the application.

Hot Meal Programs and Food Pantries

No one should ever go a day without a meal or feel ashamed about asking for help. That’s why we provide hot meals and free groceries year-round to anyone who needs them. Our Hot Meal Program is on Friday between 12pm to 1pm. The Emergency Food Pantry is open Mondays 9:00am to 11:30pm and Thursdays 9am to 11:30am | 1:00pm to 2:00pm (anytime for first timers).

Our bread giveaway is Monday - Thursday at 9am to supplies are gone.
