About The Flourishing Wellspring Center

The Salvation Army in Toledo is opening The Flourishing Wellspring Center for those involved in, or at risk for, human trafficking, labor and sex trafficking, or street-based prostitution. This drop-in center will assist survivors and provide direct services, meet their individualized needs, and create county-wide collaborations to ensure they have access to every service available without duplication of services.

Our Goal:
Our focus will be to improve the whole person - body, soul, and mind. Clients will be assisted in getting out of the situation they are in, or getting help and care if the individual still active in street prostitution. Beyond addressing immediate needs, we will host a weekly Bible Study in which a Corps Officer will provide support and establish relationships with a larger body of Christians who have also experienced or have been trained in trafficking situations.

Drop-In Center Offerings

A safe and welcoming place where showers, clothing, food, and hygiene products are offered.

Engagement activities through support groups, Path assessments, and health screenings.

Comprehensive case management services, including emotional and spiritual support.

Four days a week peer support and advocacy.

Connection to other coalition partners, like the FBI’s Innocence Lost Task Force, to provide a continuum of care.

Treatment plans addressing individual client needs.

Drop-In Center Hours are Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
