SMS Messaging Terms and Privacy Notice

1. The Kroc Center uses SMS messaging to provide constituents, members, program participants, parents and guardians with updates regarding programs, schedules, membership, events, and other Kroc Center activities. By enrolling, you agree to receive SMS messages from the Kroc Center and confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
2. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing
or promotional purposes. Information relating to your SMS opt-in and consent will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to provide the SMS service or as required by law.
3. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, you can sign up the same way you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
4. If you experience issues with the messaging program, please reply “HELP”
for assistance or contact your Kroc Center directly.
5. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless service plan. Message frequency varies based on updates or changes affecting programs or memberships. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
