Tuesday, August 4, 2020 (Pittsburgh, Pa.) – Parents facing the unprecedented challenge of raising children during a pandemic will find much-needed support Saturday, Aug. 15 during The Salvation Army’s Back-to-School Bash Drive-Through event, providing backpacks, gently used clothes, shoes, and more at a safe, social distance.
Sponsored by First National Bank, the event takes place from 10 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. at The Salvation Army Pittsburgh Temple Worship and Service Center, 1060 McNeilly Road, Pittsburgh, Pa. 15226.
“We know so many families are facing financial pressure this year in a way that they may have not experienced before, and we are looking forward to lending support and smiles during this year’s Back-to-School Bash Drive-Through,” said Lt.
