BEAVER COUNTY, PA (October 5, 2021) – The Salvation Army of Beaver County is thrilled for the return of its Annual Beaver Gala, now celebrating its 22nd year during Friendsgiving: #ThankfulGratefulBlessed.

This event will take place Saturday, November 6 at Seven Oaks Country Club, with all proceeds benefiting The Salvation Army of Beaver County. This year’s emcee is Heather Abraham of KDKA-TV and Pittsburgh Today Live. Musical entertainment will be provided by Stolen Roses, featuring Cody Alushin and Nicolena Devito.

The event consists of a reception along with dinner and live and silent auctions. The gala, with a Friendsgiving theme, is a premier social event of Beaver County. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and dinner is served at 6:30 p.m.

Funds raised during the Beaver Gala are shared between three Salvation Army community centers in Beaver County, including Aliquippa, Beaver Falls and Rochester, all to support programs and services for Beaver County residents. Programs include emergency feeding, utility and rental assistance, free youth and senior programming, and more.

“These three community centers have a combined annual budget of over $1.8M and this annual event is an important conduit for The Salvation Army of Beaver County because it increases public awareness while raising funds for much needed programs and services.  The Salvation Army relies on public support through our fundraising initiatives,” said Captain Denise Martin, Beaver County Coordinator for The Salvation Army Western PA Division. “We look forward to celebrating our mission and supporters during this wonderful event this year!”

Tickets are $100 per person and are now on sale at www.salvationarmywpa.org/beavergala. Sponsorships are available until October 20. The deadline for tickets is November 1. Contact Captain Martin with any questions at 724-846-2330.
