Newly Commissioned Officer to Assist in Leading Greensburg Worship & Service Center
Tuesday, August 11, 2020 (Greensburg, Pa.) – The Salvation Army Western PA Division is proud to announce Lieutenant Donna Hannan as a new officer and pastor commissioned to assist in leading the Greensburg Worship and Service Center. This change in new leadership is a part of regular organization appointment changes.
This is Lt. Hannan’s first assignment at The Salvation Army Western PA Division. Lt. Hannan and her daughter Callie, age 9, are excited to begin their new lives with The Salvation Army in Greensburg. She will assist under the leadership of Captain Ashley Luzader.
“As a new leader in this community, it’s my vision to collaborate with others and establish strong relationships to make sure we are meeting the needs of every individual who reaches out and walks through our doors,” said Lt. Hannan.
Before commencing her studies at The Salvation Army’s College for Officer Training in New York in 2018, Lt. Hannan worked as a teacher and childcare provider at a YMCA daycare for five years. Lt. Hannan is looking forward to sharing her passion for making a difference in the lives of young people and their families with the Greensburg community.
