Matthew West Tour Makes Donation to The Salvation Army in Uniontown, Pennsylvania
UNIONTOWN, Pa. - The Salvation Army is partnering with Awakening Foundation for the My Story Your Glory music concert tour by Matthew West this fall. The tour will stop in 22 locations across the country, including a stop in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. At each stop, the musician will be making a $1,000 donation to the local Salvation Army designated toward the purchase of turkeys for families in need.
The Salvation Army Uniontown Worship and Service Center will receive this generous gift since there is an upcoming local show on Sunday, November 12 at the State Theatre Center for the Arts on Main Street. This sold-out tour will also feature a fun song, Gobble Gobble, that West wrote to promote the Thanksgiving holiday.
