PNC Bank Offers New Way to Donate to The Salvation Army

PITTSBURGH (Dec. 1, 2022)The Salvation Army Western Pennsylvania Division is proud to announce a new way to donate to this year’s Red Kettle Campaign, thanks to PNC Bank. Donations can now be dropped off directly at PNC branches in and around the city of Pittsburgh through Dec. 31, 2022.

“PNC has been proud to support this cause year-after-year, and we are excited to offer this new way to contribute to The Salvation Army’s largest annual fundraiser,” Michael J. Densmore, senior vice president and regional manager of PNC Bank, said. “This new donation option ensures even more people in our area have a chance to give back and help our neighbors during the season of giving.”

The Salvation Army Western PA Division’s Red Kettle Campaign supports families and individuals in need, beyond the most difficult situations. Programs include, emergency feeding, rent and utility assistance, seasonal assistance, youth empowerment and spiritual programs. Visit pnc.com to find the branch closest to you. Donations can also be made virtually at any time by visiting salvationarmywpa.org/LoveBeyond. The Salvation Army’s Red Kettle goal for Allegheny County is $565,500.
