SCHEDULE: Full time
FUNCTION: Provides administrative office support as needed for Kroc Center Administration Offices. They will provide excellent service to all who participate in functions held at the Kroc Center. In conjunction, they will keep as a priority the promoting of the Christian faith and values in keeping with the Mission of The Salvation Army. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School degree or equivalent experience working in administrative office 
• A minimum of 1 year HR experience or other equivalent experience 
• Strong creative, communication skills, and phone skills 
• Administrative skills 
• Computer skills—able to work in Microsoft Office programs/ strong Excel skills 
• Able to multi-task 
• Able to work in a team environment

SCHEDULE: Full-time. Must be willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in order to fulfill duties as outlined below.

Function:
This is a ministry-centered (religious) role. The Corps Ministry Assistant will serve in a critical support role to the Corps Officers. They will be intimately and integrally involved in the ministry of the Corps, including teaching, leading and preaching the Gospel Message. The Corps Ministry Assistant will be involved in Corps Administration, Youth Ministries, Social Ministries, and Community Relations. Their character and attitude must always promote the principles in keeping with the Mission of The Salvation Army.

Qualifications
• Meaningful experience in Teen and/or Sports Ministry Programs
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (ministry, Audio Video communications, or related field).
• Must uphold Biblical standards in personal and professional life.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must possess a valid Ohio Driver’s License and a willingness to drive a 12-passenger van.
• Adhere to policies and procedures of The Salvation Army.
• Strong knowledge of computers and Microsoft programs and social media platforms is required.

FUNCTION: The person in this position will fill a variety of needs within the food service and grill area. The nature of the task and responsibilities will be mostly related to working in the dish pit and busing/cleaning tables. Their character and attitude must always promote the Christian faith and be in keeping with the Mission of The Salvation Army.

SCHEDULE: Part-Time
FUNCTION: The person in this position will fill a variety of program needs. The nature of the task and responsibilities will change to some degree based upon the program they are assisting in; but their character and attitude must always promote the Christian faith and be in keeping with the Mission of The Salvation Army.

SCHEDULE: Part-Time up to 20-25 hours a week. Must be willing and able to work a varying schedule to cover all hours of operation. They are: Monday – Friday 10 AM – 2 PM or 3 PM – 8 PM and every other Saturday – 8 AM to 2 PM
FUNCTION: This person serves as the “first contact” to the people that come to TSA Kroc Center. They are the pivot point for the transfer of information. They represent The Salvation Army to the general public that calls on the phone or walks in the door. Their character and attitude must always promote the principles in keeping with the Mission of The Salvation Army

Qualifications:

• Able to follow directions
• Willing to work a variety of schedules as needed
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Must have good phone and people skills
• Must be able to work well with others
• Must have cashiering experience
• Must have computer skills and be able to learn/understand more complicated systems

SCHEDULE: Part-Time. Multiple shifts are available. Coverage is Monday – Friday 6 AM until 8 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 2 PM

Overview:
• Be cheerful, helpful, and patient
• Be a wealth of knowledge dealing with the Dayton Kroc Center
• Represent the Salvation Army well to those that come to our campus
• Perform daily tasks
• Available to help with various campus-wide events/activities
• Take direction from Salvation Army Officers as well as direct supervisors
• Follow directions, procedures, and policies and be able to kindly share those with patrons
Daily Tasks:
• Greet all members and guests as they enter the Fitness Center, give direction as required
• Request that all guest scan in and follow proper procedure
• Complete all financial transactions for items sold at the Fitness Center. This includes Fitness class coupons, Personal Training Sessions and some concession/snack items.
