Our mission is to serve families and individuals and provide opportunities for them to grow by integrating them into specialized, relevant programs that equip them with new learning strategies. Our aim is to empower the family or individual to think critically and to seek knowledge and truth.

GED Program

Tuesdays & Thursdays
10:30 AM–1:30 PM
Sessions: Winter, Summer, Spring, Fall

Pass your General Educational Development Test and earn a high-school equivalent degree with the Dayton Kroc Center's GED program.

Field Trips

Celebrate Reading with Dr. Seuss & Other Authors
Grades: K-2
March 1, 2024, 9:30 AM–1:30 PM
Activities include a birthday party, crafts, tech time, reading time, a guest speaker, a movie, recreation time, and lunch & dessert.

Cost:
30+ children: $8.00 per child
20-29 children: $9.00 per child
10-19 children: $10.00 per child

Lunch is included. One teacher/adult is free for every ten children. Additional adults may attend for $2.00 each.

Grades: 3-6
Join us for a time of learning, fun, and STEM! Students will be engaged in fun activities that will introduce them to the world of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.

Read & Feed

Read & Feed will return next summer!

Families are invited to a free story time and meal provided by The Salvation Army. A new book is read aloud each week while lunch is served to those who are present. Each family will receive a copy of the week's book.

Bible Journaling Club

Sessions: Fall & Winter | 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Fall Session: October 11th, 18th, 25th and November 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd.

Winter Session: February 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th and March, 21st, 28th.
Cost: $20 for supplies. $0 if you have a bible.

Babysitting Course

Working with unique people and different talents is amazing. Not only because it's fun but because we're all connected for the same purpose and mission: to serve our community! Here at the Dayton Kroc Center, we serve. I love the activities for the community and see how children, elders, young people enjoy in a healthy and safe environment for all. Not only is food provided for the hunger but also food for the soul.
