Fitness at the Kroc 

Better health leads to a better you. Our fitness center is available to all members for strength, cardio, endurance, flexibility and agility training. Additional training classes, like equipment instruction and developing a proper workout routine, are also available to help you get the most out of your workout. Classes focusing on basic sports skills, endurance, and fitness are also available for youth.

 

 

Sports and Recreation

Sports and Recreation Programs are designed to teach foundational principles in sports and guide youth to develop cooperative teamwork and sportsmanship values.  Combined with the Youth Fitness Orientation Program youth will learn to develop and maintain healthy lifestyles in these clinics.

Some programs are only available by season. All programs are subject to cancellation or changes due to low enrollment. Programs are 8-10 weeks in duration unless otherwise noted.

These are great opportunities to bring new energy to your school or organization during a time when staying indoors is your only option.

$40 ($2 dollars per game) for members  $80 ($4 dollars per game) for non-members

Adults 18+ have the opportunity to participate in our adult league. Participants will be assigned a team and engage in friend competition with their peers. All games are officiated by certified referees.  The league will consist of 6-10 teams for 10 - 12 weeks of play, which includes playoffs.  Games are once per week, 30 minute time duration per game

Tuesdays & Saturday  |  $65 Members / $85 Non-Members  | Ages: 11 - 17

This youth clinic style class provides an opportunity to refine and improve your basketball skills in all areas. We will work on specific skills to help you excel in the sport: dribbling, shooting with a concentration in defense skills. You will not only improve your basketball abilities, but you will have fun doing it!

Enter the world of boxing fitness and develop your agility, stamina and strength. You’ll develop your cardiovascular level and foot work through skipping rope, strengthen your core and learn the basics of boxing (jabs, cross punches, etc.) and perry blocks through drills and combinations.  

Join this active sport of Volleyball and boost up your fitness levels through basic movement skills, particularly jumping and overhead swings of the arm. Develop your quickness through quick bursts of strength, balance, agility and hand-eye coordination.
