Territorial Education Department

The Education Department of the College for Officer Training, USA Eastern Territory, seeks to support officers beyond their two years of core training by providing opportunities for ongoing education, professional development and spiritual formation. Building upon the foundation established during officer training, The Education department encourages a commitment to life-long learning and the continual development of ministry and leadership skills. Through relevant learning opportunities, practical resources and continued engagement, the department equips officers to grow in their effectiveness as leaders, deepen their capacity for ministry and faithfully respond to the evolving needs of their appointments and communities.
