Shining a light on Black History in Philadelphia

Celebrate Black History in Philadelphia on Thursday, February 27th, at 6 p.m. in the Worship & Peforming Arts Center. This special evening will honor distinguished leaders, including Mayor Cherelle L. Parker, Steven Ford, Pastor Allyn Waller, Mayor Rev. Dr. Wilson Goode, the Black Basketball Hall of Fame, and the Cool Wurld Organization. Enjoy inspiring performances by the Philadanco TAP dancers, Eastern University’s Angels of Harmony Gospel Choir, and Pastor Waller. Join us as we reflect on history, celebrate achievements, and uplift our community.
