Child Care Assistance Program - Voucher Update

Due to limited funding, starting Friday, August 1, 2025, the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) will not be accepting new applications. Applications received or postmarked after July 31, 2025, will not be reviewed.
 
Children currently served by the Child Care Assistance Program will continue to receive assistance as long as they remain eligible. Unfortunately, new children cannot be added to existing CCAP cases after July 31.
 
If you need assistance paying for child care, you can check whether you are eligible for the Head Start child care program or if your school district has free child care for three- and four-year-olds.

Pricing is $137.50 per week 

Price is based on a sliding scale. Tuition assistance is available. We accept childcare vouchers. Please bring your Parent/Application/Provider Agreement with you if you plan to use a childcare voucher.

Payments can be made on-line or in person at the Welcome Desk.

A late pickup fee of $1 per minute will be applied when children are picked up after 6pm. Reimbursements will not be issued for partial attendance or canceled days. Short weeks due to holidays will not be prorated.

Application

For every child you are registering must have:

• Birth Certificate

• Immunization Records

• Voucher Application (if applicable)

• A treatment plan for Asthma or Allergies (if applicable)

• An IEP or 504 Behavioral Plan (if applicable)

2. Your application will be reviewed for accuracy. Once reviewed you’ll receive an email from a staff member within 7 days of application submission with directions to:

• Read and sign all program waivers.
• Pay your Fees at the Welcome Desk.

3. Complete the program waivers within 10 business days to secure your child’s spot.
