Splash Bash at the Kroc!

The Kroc Center is a perfect place for your next party! Our Splash Bash Pool Party package is perfect for swimmers of all ages. We have a poolside party room that can accommodate up to 24 guests, and offer great views of our Play Pool and Waterslide. Each party room has tables, colorful chairs, counter space, a sink and a small refrigerator. You are welcome to bring your own cake/cupcakes, and/or ice cream however no hot food is permitted and all foods must remain in the party room. Lifeguards will be on duty at all times. In addition, one adult must be in the water, within arm's reach for every 3 children ages 5 and under. All Splash Bash Parties are held during member swim time.

  • 2 hours in the Party Room & Aquatic Center
  • Seating for 24 party guests
  • Food is delivered to your party room on at an agreed upon time
  • 5 medium cheese pizzas
  • Fruit Punch or Lemonade for guests
  • 24 ice cream cups
  • Plates, cups and napkins 

A 25% deposit is due upon booking. Price remains the same even if all guests do not attend. Parties must be paid in full two weeks in advance. Add extra participants for $10! (Max 30 participants)

Party Policies

  • Each party includes two hours in the water park and private birthday party room.
  • Party rooms are equipped with tables, chairs in each party room.
  • Approved table top decorations & balloons may be brought in to decorate. Guests are responsible for removing gifts, towels and personal items before the scheduled party time is over. Please no glitter or confetti. Although clients are responsible for providing their own decorations, nothing can be used that would damage the walls, carpet, or any other property of the Kroc Center.
  • Renters assume full responsibility for any damage to the facility and or equipment in the facility during the hours of the scheduled event caused by the Renter or its invitee(s).
  • Children must be 50” tall to ride the large slide. Children under 50” will not be allowed to ride the large slide due to safety reasons.
  • Children 5 years and under must have an adult in the water within arm’s reach at all times.
  • Photo Release: I grant permission for the Kroc Center to take photographs and/or make visual recordings of all individuals present at the Kroc Center for this contracted event for its responsible use in marketing or promotion materials. The renter agrees that a minimal number of digital copies of the photos taken by other photographers at the event that highlight the visual appeal of the center will be supplied to the Kroc upon request.
  • The Salvation Army is not responsible for the loss or damages of any equipment, supplies or property belonging to the Renter or attendees.
  • All garbage must find its way to proper containers and tables/chairs should be placed back in the order/arrangement it was found in.
  • After the party time has expired, all guests of the party must exit the facility unless they purchase a separate day pass from member services.

 

Party Cancellations & Bookings

  • To book a party, please fill out and return a Birthday Party Request Form. The form is available at the Front Desk or via email.
  • Please note that birthday parties book 4-6 weeks in advance. Two months' notice is desired to book parties.
  • A 25% deposit is required in order to book birthday party. Full payment is required two weeks in advance of birthday party date.
  • No refunds are given unless the birthday party is canceled by The Salvation Army Kroc Center; if the party is canceled by the Kroc Center, you will be given the choice of a full credit or a full refund.
  • If person booking the birthday party cancels, he/she forfeits the deposit made at the execution of the booking agreement and any other monies paid until the date of cancellation.
