Under the supervision of the Family Youth & Development Supervisor, the Youth Development Specialist will create and maintain a safe physical & emotional environment, directly supervise program participants during all program hours, and plan & implement our core program areas: Academic Success, Good Character & Citizenship, Healthy Life Skills, and the Arts.

Events Specialist
Under the leadership of the Membership & Events Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of client rentals, proactively upselling events and sales opportunities, and pursuing high potential opportunities for additional events. AQUATICS

Swim Instructor
Under the supervision of Aquatics Management, the Swim Instructor will teach swim courses per Kroc standards and policies. The Swim Instructor will advise and promote Kroc Aquatics programming to members, guests, and external contacts. They will also evaluate students' progress, provide feedback, complete attendance, progress, and accident reports, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.

CHRISTMAS

Bell Ringer
Rings bells for The Salvation Army Christmas Program at assigned locations. Ensures that the Kettle is never left unattended. Greets the public in a courteous and friendly manner. Conducts job duties in accordance with the ministry of The Salvation Army and it Christian principles.

FITNESS & REC

Program Attendant
Under supervision of the Fitness/Sports/Rec Management, the Fitness/Sports/Rec Program Attendant will perform a variety of duties as defined for the successful operation of fitness, sports and recreation programming. The Program Attendant must also demonstrate a strong work ethic and communication skills; athleticism- particularly with a knowledge of fitness equipment and organized sports like basketball, soccer, pickleball, etc. and enjoy building relationships with Kroc Center members and guests.

Cycle Instructor
The Cycle Instructor leads, instructs, and motivates participants in group cycling classes. They teach scheduled classes, beginning and ending on time, and provide adequate warm-up, exercises, stretching, and cool down.

WELCOME DESK

Welcome Desk Associate
The Welcome Desk Associate (WDA) is responsible for fostering a warm, inviting experience for our guests and patrons, creating an environment for exceptional guest experiences. The WDA provides general administrative support, including selling and verifying membership program registrations through the CCMS/POS/Traction Rec systems, and communicating information regarding our membership plans, available programs, and facility information. When scheduled, the WDA will supervise the Welcome Desk staff, provide managerial-level Kiosk support (for changes and cancellations) and correspond with members as needed.
