Events Specialist
Under the leadership of the Membership & Events Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of client rentals, proactively upselling events and sales opportunities, and pursuing high potential opportunities for additional events. Primary resource for our client management system (Traction Rec). Demonstrated AV skills will be essential; training available.

AFTER SCHOOL
Family & Youth Development Assistant Manager
The Family and Youth Development Assistant Manager will work with a range of stakeholders to ensure that the Camden Kroc Center's numerous youth programs are able to enroll as many people as possible. The Assistant Manager will assist caregivers in completing state-sponsored voucher and award programs in addition to enrollment work. Under the direction of the Family and Youth Development Manager, the Assistant Manager will play an important leadership role by assisting with employee supervision, attending staff meetings, and providing support as needed. The Assistant Manager serves as the FYD Manager Designee, responsible for carrying out all responsibilities of the FYD Manager when he/she is absent from the center for any length of time.
FITNESS
Fitness & Wellness Supervisor
The Fitness and Wellness Supervisor is a leader who will oversee the daily activities, reporting, training, and operations of the Fitness Center, Groups Exercise Classes, Personal Training Programs, and Health and Wellness programs. Under the leadership of the Program Director, the person in this position will provide focused leadership in the delivery of programs and staff training and development. The person in this position will work closely with the Recreation Management Team in the assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of Kroc Center Recreation Programs, including program promotion, talent recruitment, member retention, program statistics, and facility space management.

Group Exercise Instructor
The duties listed below are the primary duties of this position but are not all the required duties. The Salvation Army reserves the right to change, reduce or expand the duties of this position at any time. FITNESS & REC
Program Attendant
Under supervision of the Fitness/Sports/Rec Management, the Fitness/Sports/Rec Program Attendant will perform a variety of duties as defined for the successful operation of fitness, sports and recreation programming. The Program Attendant must also demonstrate a strong work ethic and communication skills; athleticism- particularly with a knowledge of fitness equipment and organized sports like basketball, soccer, pickleball, etc. and enjoy building relationships with Kroc Center members and guests.
FITNESS
Cycle Instructor
The Cycle Instructor leads, instructs, and motivates participants in group cycling classes. They teach scheduled classes, beginning and ending on time, and provide adequate warm-up, exercises, stretching, and cool down.
AQUATICS
Swim Instructor
Under the supervision of Aquatics Management, the Swim Instructor will teach swim courses per Kroc standards and policies. The Swim Instructor will advise and promote Kroc Aquatics programming to members, guests, and external contacts. They will also evaluate students' progress, provide feedback, complete attendance, progress, and accident reports, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
AFTER SCHOOL
Youth Development Specialist
Under the supervision of the Family Youth & Development Supervisor, the Youth Development Specialist will create and maintain a safe physical & emotional environment, directly supervise program participants during all program hours, and plan & implement our core program areas: Academic Success, Good Character & Citizenship, Healthy Life Skills, and the Arts.
ADMIN
Manager on Duty
The Manager on Duty (MOD) will cover during the absence of director level or higher leadership. The MOD ensures there is one point of contact available in an emergency at the Center. The MOD will ensure customer service quality and guest recovery and functions as the emergency response point person. They will work with program managers and personnel to identify and resolve any issues or obstacles preventing the provision of excellent service throughout the day.
RECREATION
Recreation Supervisor
The Recreation Supervisor will oversee the daily activities, reporting, training, and operations of the Sports and Recreation Leagues, programs, and events to provide quality customer service to members, guests, and visitors. The Recreation Supervisor will also work closely with the Fitness & Recreation Manager in the strategic planning and direction of the Sports and Recreation Leagues program, including promotion, recruitment, retention, communications and tracking, sales & marketing initiatives, and facility space usage by groups.
WELCOME DESK
Welcome Desk Associate (Part-Time)
The Welcome Desk Associate is responsible for fostering a warm, inviting experience for our guests and patrons, creating an environment for exceptional guest experiences. This position will also provide general administrative support, including selling and verifying membership program registrations through the CCMS/POS/Traction Rec system, communicating membership plans and available programs, providing facility information as requested, answering and routing incoming phone calls, opening/closing the safe and Kiosks (when scheduled), and contacting members whose membership has lapsed.
AQUATICS
Lifeguard
Under the supervision of the Aquatics Leadership Team, Lifeguards will monitor activities, observe, and provide assistance to swimmers, prevent accidents, protect lives, enforce regulations, and control access to pools, family locker rooms, and lockers. Lifeguards will provide first aid when necessary and assist with the implementation of aquatics programs. This position is also required to assist with general facility maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned.
