WELCOME DESK

Membership and Events Manager
The Membership & Events Manager oversees Welcome Desk operations, conference and event coordination, and food service procurement and distribution within the Kroc Center. They also manage internal and external communications and collaborate closely with the Business & Facilities Director and the Community Resource Development Director.

WELCOME DESK

Event Specialist
Under the leadership of the Membership & Events Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of client rentals, proactively upselling events and sales opportunities, and pursuing high potential opportunities for additional events. Primary resource for our client management system (Traction Rec). Demonstrated AV skills will be essential; training available.

WELCOME DESK

Welcome Desk Associate
The Welcome Desk Associate is responsible for fostering a warm, inviting experience for our guests and patrons, creating an environment for exceptional guest experiences. This position will also provide general administrative support, including selling and verifying membership program registrations through the CCMS/POS/Traction Rec system, communicating membership plans and available programs, providing facility information as requested, answering and routing incoming phone calls, opening/closing the safe and Kiosks (when scheduled), and contacting members whose membership has lapsed.

BUSINESS 

Manager On Duty
The Manager on Duty (MOD) will act as the key leadership presence in the absence of senior leadership to ensure smooth operations and emergency management at the Camden Kroc Center. The MOD functions as the emergency response point person and helps resolve escalated customer service or safety concerns.

FITNESS

Exercise Instructor
Provide group fitness instruction on a weekly basis or as scheduled; serve as a substitute instructor if/when necessary. Teach proper form and technique using positive reinforcement. Instruct clients on effective workout methods; explain proper techniques, demonstrate exercises; identifies different muscle groups, and teach appropriate methods to strengthen specific areas.

AFTER SCHOOL

Youth Development Specialist
Under the supervision of the Family Youth & Development Supervisor, the Youth Development Specialist will create and maintain a safe physical & emotional environment, directly supervise program participants during all program hours, and plan & implement our core program areas: Academic Success, Good Character & Citizenship, Healthy Life Skills, and the Arts.

AQUATICS

Lifeguard
Under the supervision of the Aquatics Leadership Team, Lifeguards will monitor activities, observe, and provide assistance to swimmers, prevent accidents, protect lives, enforce regulations, and control access to pools, family locker rooms, and lockers. Lifeguards will provide first aid when necessary and assist with the implementation of aquatics programs. This position is also required to assist with general facility maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned.

AQUATICS

Swim Instructor
Under the supervision of Aquatics Management, the Swim Instructor will teach swim courses per Kroc standards and policies. The Swim Instructor will advise and promote Kroc Aquatics programming to members, guests, and external contacts. They will also evaluate students' progress, provide feedback, complete attendance, progress, and accident reports, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
