Welcome Desk Associate (Part-Time)
The Welcome Desk Associate is responsible for fostering a warm, inviting experience for our guests and patrons, creating an environment for exceptional guest experiences. This position will also provide general administrative support, including selling and verifying membership program registrations through the CCMS/POS system, communicating membership plans and available programs, providing facility information as requested, answering and routing incoming phone calls, opening/closing the safe and Kiosks (when scheduled), and contacting members whose membership has lapsed.

When scheduled, responsible for the supervision of the Welcome Desk staff and provide managerial level Kiosk support (for changes and/or cancellations) and correspond with members as needed.

AQUATICS

Lifeguards
Under the supervision of the Aquatics Supervisor, Lifeguards will monitor activities, observe, and provide assistance to swimmers, prevent accidents, protect life and enforce regulations as well as control access to pools, family locker rooms, and lockers. Provide first aid when necessary. Assist with implementation of and teach swimming lessons and other aquatics programs. Provide support for swim lessons, record keeping, lesson cards and lesson plans. This position is also required to assist with general facility maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned.

AQUATICS

Aquatics Manager
The Aquatics Manager (AM) manages the Kroc's strategy and delivery of the Kroc's aquatic programs and services. The AM oversees the daily activities, reporting, training, and operations of the Aquatics Center in order to provide a safe, secure, and quality experience for members, guests, clients, and visitors. Under the leadership of the Center Director, the Aquatics Manager will participate with the Kroc's overall strategic planning effort, ensuring that aquatic operations align and coordinate with staff promotion, recruitment, retention, communication, and social media work. To further the aquatic strategy and outcomes, the AM will participate in sales and marketing planning and execution.

SOCIAL SERVICES

Food Pantry Supervisor 
The Food Pantry Supervisor oversees the operations of the Camden Kroc Center’s Choice Food Pantry, including but not limited to the supervision and coordination of food pantry volunteers, the purchasing and restocking of food pantry items, the monitoring of costs and quality control, the coordination of food delivery program (for the disabled, seniors, etc.), and the generation of various monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.  Additionally, the supervisor may assist other outreach/social services staff in the conducting of outreach programs and may provide general program and/or clerical support to the Outreach Manager as it relates to the successful execution of various outreach programs and services.

PROGRAM

Center Director Assistant
The Center Director Assistant’s (CDA) primary responsibility will be to provide administrative and operational assistance to the Camden Kroc Center Director, reporting directly to the Center Director. This job will help the Center Director by exercising sound independent judgment and extreme care when dealing with sensitive materials and information.
