PROGRAM

Program Director
Must provide group fitness instruction as scheduled; serve as a substitute instructor if/when available. Teach scheduled classes, beginning and ending on time; provide adequate warm-up, exercises, stretching, and cool down. Teach proper form and technique using positive reinforcement.

Business & Facilities Director
Working with the Kroc Administrators, the Business & Facilities Director steers Kroc's daily operations, facilities management, and financial administration. The BF Director manages a comprehensive array of operational functions and fiscal stewardship of the Kroc Center.

People Manager
The People Manager will provide direct HR support to the Camden Kroc Center in recruitment, HR systems, performance management, development, employee relations, compliance, engagement, and training.

Membership & Events Manager
The Membership & Events Manager oversees Welcome Desk operations, conference and event coordination, and food service procurement and distribution within the Kroc Center. They also manage internal and external communications and collaborate closely with the Business & Facilities Director and the Community Resource Development Director.

Welcome Desk Associate (Full-Time)
The Welcome Desk Associate is responsible for fostering a warm, inviting experience for our guests and patrons, creating an environment for exceptional guest experiences. This position will also provide general administrative support, including selling and verifying membership program registrations through the CCMS/POS system, communicating membership plans and available programs, providing facility information as requested, answering and routing incoming phone calls, opening/closing the safe and Kiosks (when scheduled), and contacting members whose membership has lapsed. When scheduled, responsible for the supervision of the Welcome Desk staff and provide managerial level Kiosk support (for changes and/or cancellations) and correspond with members as needed.

AQUATICS

Swim Instructor
Under the supervision of Aquatics Management, the Swim Instructor will teach swim courses per Kroc standards and policies. The Swim Instructor will advise and promote Kroc Aquatics programming to members, guests, and external contacts. They will also evaluate students' progress, provide feedback, complete attendance, progress, and accident reports, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.

AQUATICS

Lifeguard
Under the supervision of the Aquatics Supervisor, Lifeguards will monitor activities, observe, and provide assistance to swimmers, prevent accidents, protect life and enforce regulations as well as control access to pools, family locker rooms, and lockers. Provide first aid when necessary. Assist with implementation of and teach swimming lessons and other aquatics programs. Provide support for swim lessons, record keeping, lesson cards and lesson plans. This position is also required to assist with general facility maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned.

AQUATICS

Aquatics Coordinator
Under the direction of the Aquatics Manager, the Aquatics Coordinator (AC) will assist in the supervision of swim instructors, promoting safety and efficient work practices. The AC will also assist in planning, delivering, and assessing in-service training and swim instruction techniques. In program management, the AC will design a tracking system to evaluate swim program progress, collaborate with instructors, schedule swim lessons, and report on scholarship and grant programs. The AC will coordinate aquatic community events, gather feedback, and participate in promotional activities as needed.

AFTER SCHOOL 

Family & Youth Development Manager
The Family & Youth Development Manager (FYD Manager) works with the Program Director and Kroc Center Leadership team to create and implement programs and services to develop Kroc staff and members. The FYD Manager will be directly responsible for program development and implementation, including needs assessment, design, implementation, and evaluation. The FYD Manager will manage, supervise, and coordinate all family, youth, & teen-related programs and several community events. In addition, they are directly accountable for overall operational management following well-established guidelines, including curriculum development, staff and facilities management, and long-range planning. This position will work closely with all departments to ensure mission alignment, timely strategic planning, program promotion, staff recruitment/training/retention, and management of facility space usage.

AFTER SCHOOL 

Youth Development Specialist
The essential function of this role is to create and maintain a safe physical & emotional environment, directly supervise program participants during all program hours, and plan & implement our core program areas: Academic Success, Good Character & Citizenship, Healthy Life Skills, and the Arts.
