 WELCOME DESK

Welcome Desk Associate (Part-Time)
The Welcome Desk Associate is responsible for fostering a warm, inviting experience for our guests and patrons, creating an environment for exceptional guest experiences. This position will also provide general administrative support, including selling and verifying membership program registrations through the CCMS/POS system, communicating membership plans and available programs, providing facility information as requested, answering and routing incoming phone calls, opening/closing the safe and Kiosks (when scheduled), and contacting members whose membership has lapsed.

The Welcome Desk Associate is responsible for fostering a warm, inviting experience for our guests and patrons, creating an environment for exceptional guest experiences. When scheduled, responsible for the supervision of the Welcome Desk staff and provide managerial level Kiosk support (for changes and/or cancellations) and correspond with members as needed.

FITNESS

Pilates Instructor
Must provide group fitness instruction as scheduled; serve as a substitute instructor if/when available. Teach scheduled classes, beginning and ending on time; provide adequate warm-up, exercises, stretching, and cool down. Teach proper form and technique using positive reinforcement.

AQUATICS

Swim Instructor
Under the supervision of Aquatics Management, the Swim Instructor will teach swim courses per Kroc standards and policies. The Swim Instructor will advise and promote Kroc Aquatics programming to members, guests, and external contacts. They will also evaluate students' progress, provide feedback, complete attendance, progress, and accident reports, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.

ARTS

Dance Instructor
The Dance Instructor will teach participants various dance techniques and forms, incorporating style, performance, and choreography elements in their educational approach. The Dance Instructor will build a curriculum and tailor lesson plans according to student strengths and weaknesses to maximize growth.

AFTER SCHOOL 

Youth Development Specialist
The essential function of this role is to create and maintain a safe physical & emotional environment, directly supervise program participants during all program hours, and plan & implement our core program areas: Academic Success, Good Character & Citizenship, Healthy Life Skills, and the Arts.

SOCIAL SERVICES

Social Services Manager
The Social Services Manager (SSM) serves as a leader in Kroc’s social service strategies and programs. The SSM collaborates with the officer to formulate an overall vision/strategy. The SSM’s scope of work includes overseeing the Kroc Choice Food Pantry, mobile food pantry, and Pathway of Hope program. The SSM will serve as a representative of Kroc’s social service programs across Camden’s network of public and private social service agencies. This position will identify resources and collaborate with various Salvation Army entities to pursue grants, volunteer opportunities, and objectives to further the Salvation Army’s social service goals. The SSM will also study the community needs in Camden County and formulate plans so that The Salvation Army’s social service strategies remain relevant and effective.
