 WELCOME DESK

Welcome Desk Associate (Part-Time)
The Welcome Desk Associate is responsible for fostering a warm, inviting experience for our guests and patrons, creating an environment for exceptional guest experiences. This position will also provide general administrative support, including selling and verifying membership program registrations through the CCMS/POS system, communicating membership plans and available programs, providing facility information as requested, answering and routing incoming phone calls, opening/closing the safe and Kiosks (when scheduled), and contacting members whose membership has lapsed.

The Welcome Desk Associate is responsible for fostering a warm, inviting experience for our guests and patrons, creating an environment for exceptional guest experiences. When scheduled, responsible for the supervision of the Welcome Desk staff and provide managerial level Kiosk support (for changes and/or cancellations) and correspond with members as needed.

FITNESS

Pilates Instructor
Must provide group fitness instruction as scheduled; serve as a substitute instructor if/when available. Teach scheduled classes, beginning and ending on time; provide adequate warm-up, exercises, stretching, and cool down. Teach proper form and technique using positive reinforcement.

AQUATICS

Swim Instructor
Under the supervision of Aquatics Management, the Swim Instructor will teach swim courses per Kroc standards and policies. The Swim Instructor will advise and promote Kroc Aquatics programming to members, guests, and external contacts. They will also evaluate students' progress, provide feedback, complete attendance, progress, and accident reports, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.

ARTS

Dance Instructor
The Dance Instructor will teach participants various dance techniques and forms, incorporating style, performance, and choreography elements in their educational approach. The Dance Instructor will build a curriculum and tailor lesson plans according to student strengths and weaknesses to maximize growth.
