Caring for children who have experienced trauma can be incredibly meaningful—but it can also be hard. You don’t have to figure it out on your own.
We offer training and support for foster and adoptive families, as well as families who are going through a tough time and need extra support to stay strong and stable. Through practical tools, real-life strategies, and ongoing encouragement, we’re here to help you build connection, strengthen relationships, and feel more confident along the way.
Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®)
At the heart of our work is Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®), a trauma-informed approach designed to meet the needs of children who have experienced hardship, loss, or disruption.
A 10-week, trauma-informed program that helps families understand their child’s behavior, respond to challenges, and build stronger, more connected relationships using TBRI® principles.
A group of dedicated volunteers who provide practical, ongoing support—like meals, childcare, and encouragement—so families can focus on caring for their children.
Personalized support that helps families connect to community resources like housing, financial assistance, and services—reducing stress and strengthening stability.
Support for birth families through coaching during visits, helping them build parenting skills, strengthen relationships, and work toward a safe, stable home.
We support and guide families in providing safe homes for children while their families work toward reunification. When reunification isn’t possible, we continue to support families who may become a permanent home through adoption.
Ongoing, voluntary support for adoptive and kinship families, offering resources like advocacy, respite, and groups to help strengthen stability and connection.
Child Preparation & Child Profile
We help children feel prepared, supported, and understood as they move toward reunification, adoption, or another permanent plan. Through thoughtful child preparation and profiles, we ensure each child’s story, needs, and strengths are clearly understood.
Making Sense of Your Worth® and Parenting for Positive Self Worth®
Many birth parents have experienced trauma that affects their lives and parenting. Our programs, including Making Sense of Your Worth® and Parenting for Positive Self Worth®, help parents heal and build the skills needed to care for their children.
