The Salvation Army of Greater New York has been hard at work during the third quarter of our 2025 fiscal year. From emergency services outreach during intense summer heatwaves to heartfelt testimonials from patrons and staff, this quarter was filled with powerful moments and meaningful impact. We’ve continued to meet immediate needs, strengthen community partnerships, and bring joy to individuals across the city. Below is a snapshot of the stories, events, and milestones that made April through June a season of hope, resilience, and transformation across Greater New York.

Despite all the hard work we’ve done, the gap between need and available support remains wide and continues to grow each day it goes unaddressed. Whether it’s putting a warm meal on someone’s plate, helping someone stay cool at one of our designated cooling centers, or giving a child from an underserved background the chance to experience summer camp for the first time, your support makes a difference. Donate to The Salvation Army New York today and see the difference you can make in the life of a New Yorker.
