Our Class Schedule

Fitness at the Kroc 

Here at The Salvation Army Kroc Center, we believe strongly in the wellness of the body. That's why we offer over 65 fitness classes per week and 2 floors of equipment! We are sure that at least one of our sessions will suit your interests and fit into your schedule. Classes not for you? Utilize one of our many resistance machines designed to get you fit and feeling good. Our fitness staff is eagerly waiting for any questions you may have.

Group Exercise Schedule

Stay up to date on our Kroc Fitness classes that are complimentary to you membership. These schedules are posted at designated areas around the center but you can print your own copy for the kitchen fridge here. Schedules typically are updated at the beginning of each month.

Classes take place in the Group Ex Studio (room 242), the Dance Studio (room 243), the second floor Cycling Studio and the Gymnasium.

Your Free Fitness Assessment

The first step to any improvement is finding out where improvement is needed! Our complementary fitness assessment is a group of tests to help our fitness staff, and more importantly you, understand your physical standing. Our assessment includes heart rate, blood pressure, grip strength, BMI (or body mass index), flexibility, girth measurements and a treadmill test.

Group Exercise Classes

Feel free to join in on any of our many Fitness classes free to membership. Our two Group Exercise Studios (rooms 242 & 243) are adequately sized for large and small groups. Classes start promptly at the scheduled times; admittance may be denied after class has begun. Please note classes are subject to change based on attendance.

Aquatic Classes

Here at the Kroc Center, we know that there is more than one way to get in shape. We utilize our aquatic facilities for various types of exercise. These group classes are great for those rehabilitating an existing injury or those looking to add more resistance to simple workouts.

Points for PT (Personal Training)
