Kroc Loyalty Program

The Salvation Army Kroc Center of Philadelphia has a Loyalty Program for their adult (18+) members. Our adult members who opt-in to the loyalty program will be rewarded points for certain actions, milestones, and purchases that they make. When reaching a specified level of points, the member will be eligible to receive a gift card that can be used for the purchase of Kroc merchandise, personal training sessions, swim lessons, piano lessons, and other Kroc programs that require an ancillary payment.

How to Register

How do I sign-up and opt-in to The Salvation Army Kroc Center of Philadelphia Loyalty Program?

Signing up to the Loyalty program is easy. Simply visit our Enrollment Page using your computer, tablet, or smartphone. You will be able to directly enroll online. Once enrolled, you will have the ability to check your balance at any time by logging in to your account.

Earning Points

Points will be rewarded for the following activities, milestones, and purchases for Adult Members who opt-in to The Salvation Army Kroc Center of Philadelphia Loyalty Program:

  • Initial sign-up for The Salvation Army Kroc Center of Philadelphia Loyalty Program  | 100 points earned
  • Daily Check-in for a visit to the Kroc Center (eligible for one check in per day) | 2 points earned
  • Points awarded for your Birthday | 100 points earned
  • Adult Member’s “yearly” anniversary as a member of the Kroc Rewards Loyalty Program | 250 points earned
  • Adult Member’s “5 year” anniversary as a member of the Kroc Rewards Loyalty Program | 500 points earned
  • Adult Member’s “10 year” anniversary as a member of the Kroc Rewards Loyalty Program | 1000 points earned
  • Purchases of any Philadelphia Kroc Center programs that have an ancillary cost associated to them (such as personal training, swim lessons, piano lessons, etc..)  |  1 point earned for each dollar spent
  • Purchases of Philadelphia Kroc Center merchandise |  1 point earned for each dollar spent
  • Purchases of room rentals or party packages |  1 point earned for each dollar spent
  • Donation towards the Kroc Center’s Scholarship program |  1 point earned for each dollar donated

Your Rewards

When will points be credited to my account?
Points will be credited before the 15th day of the month for points earned in the prior month.

How do I redeem my earned points for an award?
When a participating adult member reaches 1000 points in their Kroc Loyalty account, they will be eligible to redeem these points to receive a $20 Kroc Center gift card.  The gift card can be used towards the purchase of Kroc merchandise, personal training sessions, swim lessons, piano lessons, and other Kroc programs that require an ancillary payment. It also can be used for a donation to our Scholarship program.
