The Salvation Army Ray & Joan Kroc Center was built with your special event in mind.

Worship & Performing Arts Center

Located at the heart of The Salvation Army Kroc Center and directly off of our main lobby, this two-story worship and performing arts space seats up to two hundred ninety-six people for church services, ceremonies, presentations, symposiums, musical performances, and local theatrical productions. Our sizable fifty-foot wide by thirty-foot deep stage can accommodate even the most ambitious events or productions.  Movable stage panels, interactive lighting, acoustical design and advanced audio/visual equipment enhances the use of this venue space. Backstage, you will find generous dressing rooms, a green room providing direct access for performers and presenters, as well as a rehearsal room that accommodates up to fifty guests.

Our Worship & Performing Arts Center auditorium is accessible for the disabled who use a wheelchair. On-site recording, with assistance from our in-house Audio-Visual Technician, can be provided upon request.

Wells Fargo Conference & Training Center

 

 

Newly updated in 2020, this versatile space can accommodate up to two hundred fifty people. This is a perfect venue for Corporate Events, Training & Development, Symposiums, Banquets, Baby/Bridal Showers, and Family Celebrations. It may be sub-divided into three separate rooms. The entire space can be rented as one large room, or it can be divided up so you can rent as a smaller space (rent any combination of room A, B, or C). All three sections are equipped with built-in audio/visual capabilities (available upon request).

Aquatics Center

Poolside Party Room (Currently unavailable due to Lifeguard staffing shortages)

Located inside our indoor water park, this room holds up to thirty guests and offers views overlooking the water park.

Sunoco Foundation Learning Center 

Need a space for your information-age educational or community program? Our classrooms can comfortably host from 15 to 20 guests in a conference or classroom arrangement, or combine 2 to 3 classrooms to host up to 100 guests for a lecture or presentation. Equipped with SMART Boards or digital projector/screen, whiteboards and flexible furniture to meet your specific layout needs.

Perfect for education and academics.

Artificial Turf Field 

Enjoy a game or practice on our Athletic Field, designed for a variety of sports including lacrosse, soccer, junior varsity football, and youth programs. A synthetic turf playing surface and lighting system allow our fields to be used in wet seasons and at night, while team benches enhance the team experience. An adjacent wood pavilion provides picnic and concession areas, restrooms and a meeting room for sports education.

Outdoor Pavilion 

Our beautifully appointed outdoor pavilion offers seating for up to eighty guests overlooking the Playground, Artificial Turf Sports Field and Horticulture Zone. Equipped with restrooms this facility also offers a class room that can accommodate up to fifty guests. Note: Use of our outdoor grill is reserved for employees of the Center.

Pool Party Room

NOTICE: For the safety of our members and guests, the Pool Party room is not currently being rented out due to the Lifeguard staffing shortages.  We hope to have our Pool Parties up and running soon!

We welcome you to enjoy our pool party room and indoor water park for your special day! Guests may include members, non-members, adults, and children.

Booking your event is easy. Scroll down  to complete an Online Rental Request Form. A member of our staff will provide a response within 72 hours. Walk in contract appointments are not available. All online requests will be responded to via email. Before calling our Hospitality Ministry for a contract signing appointment, please check your email and email spam folder.

 If you are interested in receiving a tour of our facility, please visit our Member Services Desk Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM to 9:00 PM or on Saturday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Hospitality Ministry Director

Philip Supeck has worked in the hospitality industry for more than twenty-five years. With more than ten years of service at The Salvation Army Kroc Center, Philip’s invention, tenacity, and attention to detail are an integral part of events held at our Center. In addition to events, Philip leads the culinary, audio visual, and volunteer teams at the Center. Philip is mission-minded and enjoys building relationships while creating meaningful and memorable experiences for our employees, members, and guests.
