This March, we’re celebrating Women’s History Month with a series of free wellness events designed to empower, strengthen, and inspire! Open to women ages 15 and up, including seniors, this program features self-defense workshops, high-energy fitness classes, Aqua Zumba, and a special nutrition workshop led by a registered dietitian. All events are open to members and the community—come experience the Kroc Center and prioritize your health in a supportive and uplifting space!

 

Event Schedule:

Saturday, March 1, 15 & 29

  • 8:00 – 9:30 AM – Women’s Self-Defense & Lecture (Led by the Mass State Police)
  • 10:00 – 11:00 AM – Aqua Zumba

Saturday, March 8

  • 7:30 – 8:45 AM – Bootcamp & Cardio Kickboxing
  • 9:00 – 10:00 AM – Nutrition Workshop with Christine Sinclair, RD (Dorchester Stop & Shop Dietitian)

Saturday, March 22

  • 7:30 – 9:30 AM – Bootcamp & Xtreme Hip Hop
  • 9:00 – 10:00 AM – Yoga
