This March, we’re celebrating Women’s History Month with a series of free wellness events designed to empower, strengthen, and inspire! Open to women ages 15 and up, including seniors, this program features self-defense workshops, high-energy fitness classes, Aqua Zumba, and a special nutrition workshop led by a registered dietitian. All events are open to members and the community—come experience the Kroc Center and prioritize your health in a supportive and uplifting space!

 

Event Schedule:

Saturday, March 1

  • 7:30 - 8:15 a.m. - Bootcamp Challenge Class  
  • 8:30 - 9:15 a.m. - Turbo Kickboxing  
  • 9:00 - 10 a.m. - Yoga    

Saturday, March 15 & 29

  • 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. – Women’s Self-Defense & Lecture (Led by the Suffolk County Sheriff's Department)

Saturday, March 8

  • 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. - Bootcamp Challenge Class  
  • 9:00 - 9:40 a.m. - Nutrition Workshop/Tips with Christine Sinclair, MA, MS, RD, LDN  
  • 9:30 - 10:00 a.m. - Q&A  with Christine SinclairMA, MS, RD, LDM

Saturday, March 22

  • 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. - Bootcamp Challenge
  • 8:45 - 10:00 a.m. - Xtreme Hip Hop
  • 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. - Yoga
